He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Tisdale and Ostelle Flournoy; and his brothers, Terry Cass Flournoy and Gregory Flournoy. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Flournoy; his stepson Michael O. Dalton; and his sisters, Junetta Everett (Victor) and Patricia Lemmie. He is also survived by many adopted children and nieces and nephews.
