He was predeceased by: his parents, Doroteo Zamora and Dolores Zamora; his wife Marian Dene Zamora; his granddaughter Justina Garinger; and his girlfriend Mary Gonzales.
He is survived by: his children, Rene Zamora, Roxana "Dee" Zamora and Rachelle "Denise" Zamora (Phillip); his grandchildren, Nicholas Zamora (Gwen), Theresa Zamora (Lou) and Anita Zamora (Nick); his sister Rose Robbins; his nieces, Liz, Lyn and Echo; his nephew Eloy; and his extended family, Cathy Zamora, Tom Gonzales (Veronica), Gary Gonzales, Jessica Partridge (Tim) and Robert Aragon (Jessica).
