He is survived by: his wife Nancy Portillo (Lopez); his siblings, Ricardo-Sheila, Estevan, Patricio, Lorenzo-Lenora, Tomas-Lisa, Rogerio Jr.-Karen, Andy-Jackie and Joanne; his sons, Arthur E. Portillo Jr.-Michelle, James and Paul-Carmen; his grandchildren, Carlos, Marcos-Litzy, James Jr.-Amelia, Miguel, Juan, Jose, Lisa Marie-Tommy, Trinity and Nancy; his great grandchild Nova Mae; and his brothers-in-law, Rudy Rendon and Romeo Ortiz.
A prayer was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Cristo Rey Church (1107 Cristo Rey St, Santa Fe, NM 87505). A Mass was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
