He was predeceased by: his mother Rhea Tow; and his nephew Jacob Wright. He is survived by: his wife Tina Tow; his sons, Richard and Jonathan; his grandchildren, Esmia Martinez, Asia, Sophia Vasquez and Hailey Cisneros; his siblings, Alleena (Hunt Wright) of Redrock and Wayne Tow (Patsy) of Animas; his nephew Dan Adams; his brother-in-law Hunt Wright; his son Matthew Cisneros (Katrina); and his grandson Diego Cisneros. He is also survived by four nieces and 2 nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.
