He is survived by: his children, Roger Silva Jr. of Santa Clara and Kathy L. Ryan (Frank) of Santa Clara; and his siblings, Albert Silva (Delia) of Albuquerque, Tommy Silva (Patsy) of Albuquerque, Margaret Caddel (Thomas) of Santa Clara, Inez Gomez (Genaro) of Mesa, AZ and Cindy Thoma (Tom) of Alexandria, VA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
