He is survived by: his parents, Robert Sr. Herbert and Jo Ann Herbert (Begay) of Naschitti, NM; his wife Rosemary Ashley; his children, Robert Herbert III of El Paso, TX, Michael Herbert of Palestine, TX and Candace Sipko (Derek Dominguez) of Sahuarita, AZ; his grandchildren, Elijah Sipko, Layla Sipko, Mykala Grado, Nathaniel Herbert, Andrew Herbert and Charley Herbert; and his siblings, Phillip Herbert of Bayard, Yvonne Misquez (David) of Farmington, NM, Gloria Bebo of Gallup, NM, Carol Herbert of Bayard, Julie Herbert of Silver City, Patricia Herbert of Bayard and Lisa Marie Herbert of Naschitti, NM. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
