It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lesley Freeman of Santa Clara, New Mexico, who passed away on January 21, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Skaggs and Doris Skaggs; and her brother William Paul Skaggs (Billy). She is survived by: her daughter Kim Hernandez (Michael) of Silver City, N. M.; her siblings, David Skaggs (Jeanie) of Macon Missouri and Susie Hutchins (Jeff); her granddaughter Mariah Arambula (Izaiah Arizaga); her great great grandchild Dimitri Arizaga; her granddaughter Candice Arambula (River Jordan); her great grandchildren, Samara Montoya and William Jordan; her nieces and nephews, Bianca Rogers (Jay) of Fairbanks Alaska, J. D. Hutchins (Tahlia), Ashley Dupert (Jared) and Aaron Skaggs (Rachel) of Colorado Springs; and her sister-in-law Cindy Skaggs.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Fort Bayard Medical Center (41 Fort Bayard Rd, Santa Clara, NM 88026).
