She was predeceased by: her parents, Reymundo Benavidez and Beatriz Benavidez; her husband Samuel T. Saenz; her son Tony Saenz; her grandchildren, Andy and Trudy Huerta; and her siblings, Ermelinda Garcia, Lily Holguin, Virginia Sierra, Mariana Padilla, Epifania Soto (Pifi), Felicita Ortega (Pita) and Ray Benavidez.
She is survived by: her children, Samuel Ray (Carrie) of Phoenix, AZ, Vangie Carrillo (Robert) of Las Cruces, Olga Jean Huerta (Rudy) of Arenas Valley, Mary Lily Jimenez of Silver City, Rose Mary Saenz (Mark Schwabb) and Lou Ann Palomarez (David) of Santa Clara; and her grandchildren, Bobby Joe Carrillo, Regan Carrillo, Bernie Carrillo, Jessica Hawkins, Justin Jimenez, Sonia Camilli, David Palomarez Jr., Christopher Palomarez, Betty Denise Anaya, Samuel Saenz III, Ricardo Saenz, Santana Saenz, Samantha Saenz and Shawn Saenz. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
