He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay Halley and Earl Vest; his great grandchild Story Vest; and his cousin Rex Pigmon. He is survived by: his wife Jerry Vest; his children, Vance Vest and Samann Vest Watkins (Ty); his grandson Vandon Vest (Soni); and his great grandchildren, Stetson Vest (Chenae), Sawyer Vest (Whitney) and Swayde.
