He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rolla R. Hinkle and Marian Fell Hinkle; his former wife Julie Ann Schaffer; his wife Marge Woodul; his sons, Rolla R. Hinkle III and Madison M. "Matt" Hinkle (Susan); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessie, Richard, Bill and Chris; his sister Aleen McQuiddy (Arthur R. McQuiddy); and his stepdaughter Cindy. He was also cherished by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
There will be no services at this time due to the governor's Covid-19 restrictions.
