It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Howard Townsend of Ruidoso, New Mexico, born in Arch, New Mexico, who passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Townsend and Margie Townsend; his siblings, Buddy, Richard, Gayland (Townsend Brothers Drywall Co), Bobby Townsend, Joy Love Gardner and Jacqueline Hope Rodgers Berry; and his son Eric Kent Townsend.
He is survived by: his sister Faith Bradley; his children, Greg Townsend, Susan Cada (Rich), Hank Townsend, Patrick Townsend and Sharon Townsend; his grandchildren, Katie Mahoney, Jacqie Craig (Cody), Joe Cada and Jake Townsend; and his wife Pat. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and great friends.
