He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Manuel and Emelia Torrez; his brother Fernando Gutierrez; his aunt Liz Gutierrez; and his cousin Jon Torrez (Jessica Torrez).
He is survived by: his father Father Robert Gutierrez; his children, Ervin J. Gutierrez, Roman Gutierrez and Cielo Gutierrez; the mother of his children Rosa Serrano; his siblings, Kevin Torrez, Erika Gutierrez (Eugene Hopper), Gene Gutierrez and Rhonda Gutierrez; and his nieces and nephews, Kevinitos (Bobbie), Christopher, Darlene, Abel, Emily, Hailey, K'Don, Jayzlynn and Juniper. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
