He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Rodela Sr. and Mary Lucero Rodela; and his siblings, Bobby Chavez, Glen Chavez, Jerry Chavez and Anthony Lucero.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Rodela Jr. (Sydney) and Victoria Rodela (Michael); his grandchildren, Isabella, Julius, Melody and Ellias; and his siblings, Lawrence Chavez, Leonor Lucero, Yolanda Lucero, Rafael Rodela Jr. (Mary) and Franklin Rodela (Sandra).
A rosary was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Jude Catholic Church (28110 Peter Hurd Loop, Hondo, NM 88336). A Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
