He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Mosher and Joyce Mosher. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Carroll; his children, Travis Mosher and Lia Mosher; and his sisters, Gail Sterns, Jan Mosher and Donna Mosher. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
