He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frederick Smith and Pauline Francis Crossen Smith. He is survived by: his wife Patti Smith; his children, Tyler Smith (Kelli Smith), Ashley Donaldson (Lance Donaldson), Read Admire, Sam Smith, Max Smith (Madison Smith), Jack Smith, Auggie Smith, April Anderson (Jeremy Anderson) and Lauren Cochran (Kevin Cochran); his sisters, Judy Smith (Larry Fields), Cherry Ford (late Ron Ford) and Susan Smith; and his grandchildren, Trey Donaldson, Jayci Donaldson, Jace Smith, Brody Smith, Charlee Smith, Jake Anderson and Hayley Anderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
