William Ray Schwartz Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2023, at the age of 95, William Ray Schwartz (Roswell, New Mexico) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex C. Schwartz and Elsie Felder Schwartz; his daughter Betty; and his brothers, A. C. Schwartz and Edward J. Schwartz (Betty Jo Schwartz).
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Phillips; his children, Ray, Michael, Larry, Melissa, Gregory and Jennifer; his sister-in-law Yvonne Schwartz of San Antonio, TX; his nieces and nephews, Ray Phillips (Mary Ann), Michael Phillips (Kathy), Larry Phillips (Barbara), Melissa Brandt (Varney), Gregory Schwartz and Jennifer Kunis (Scott); his grandchildren, Mark Phillips (Cheryl), Paul Phillips (Lourdes), Sara Redig (Oliver), Janet Moore (Chris), Coleen Sedberry (Jay), Vicki Moore (Andrew), Laura Phillips, Justin Brandt (Alla), Nathan Brandt (Megan), Stephanie Lucero, Stephen Brandt (Crystal), Allison Kunis and Kelsey Ondriezek (Blaine); his great grandchildren, Ian, Zinnia, Daisy, Zachary, Matthew, Makayla, Jadyn, Jordyn, Lily, Alex, Amanda, Carsyn, Hunter, Colsen, Sava, Audrey, Connor, Devin, Aliah, Briella, Kash, Jerzy, Casen, Parker, Caleb and Hattie; and his nieces and nephews, Craig Schwartz (Paula), Chris Schwartz (Marsha), Steve Schwartz (Hollye) and Melissa Osten (Buck).
