She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Ambrosia Lara and Guadalupe Serna; her brother Omar Benitez Jr.; and her cousin Alfred Sedillo Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, Omar Benitez and Alicia Gomez; her daughters, Annalicia, Santos and Adalena Benitez of Roswell, NM; and her siblings, Salvador Marin Jr., Dominic Marin, Gilbert Benitez, Johnathon Benitez, David Talamantes and Rosaline Marin.
