It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thurman R. Lester of Roswell, New Mexico, who passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Smokey; and his stepdaughter Cathy. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; and his daughter Sheryl. He is also survived by two stepsons, a nephew, many grandchildren and one great grandchild.
