She is survived by: her parents, George Vinson and Betty Vinson (Pigg) of Amarillo, TX; her husband Mark Carey; her children, Erin Michalk (Darin), Kristin Spencer (Adam) and Michelle Garza (Jessie); her grandchildren, Brayden Michalk, Lincoln Spencer, Jessie Garza, Ireland Michalk, Rowan Spencer and Valor Garza of Lubbock, TX; and her siblings, Alicia Bennett (Davis) of Roswell, NM and Keith Vinson (Cathey) of San Antonio, TX..
