He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carrie and Edward Stelzner. He is survived by: his father Steven B. Gates Sr.; his wife June Heyman; his daughter Jessica Nicole Womack; his son-in-law William Henry Womack; his granddaughter June Louise Womack; his mother Edith Frances Belyeu; and his sister Kimberly Anne Gates. He is also survived by his family and friends.
