We bid farewell to Sharon Scott of Roswell, New Mexico, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 31, 2024 at the age of 89. Sharon touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Ellison Winn and Nat Warren Winn; her husband George Loyd Scott, Jr.; her siblings, Mintaetta Cardwell Stocker, Francis (Nancy Winn), Johnny (Wilda Winn) and Bane (Wilma Winn Bigbie); and her grandchildren, Jonathan Winn Scott and Madelyn Grace Worrall.
She is survived by: her close friend Virginia Philippe Broach; her daughter Synda (Scott); her grandchildren, Shazalynn (Cavin), Brandon Winfrey, Grace, Cavin Reed, Melissa Cavin, Liam, Aile, Naromi, Erin Cavin, Brechin, Finnegan, Jean Myles and Kaitlinn Cavin; her son George Scott, III; her grandchildren, George Scott IV, Jeff Beck, Jennifer Scott, Michael Jameson, Michele Scott and Bella Scott; her son Warren (Lisa Scott); her granddaughters, Lillian and Sophia; her daughter Susan Scott Murphy; her granddaughters, Haley Winn Murphy and Meredith (Zachary Irons); her daughter Lori (Scott); her grandchildren, Kathryn (Worrall), Grant Bauley, Elizabeth (Worrall), Juan Antonio Solis Jr., John Worrall IV and Isabel Worrall; her nephews, Mel Winn, Steve Winn, David Winn (Carol Winn Dunnaway), Bane Bigbie Jr., Rocky Bigbie and Stacey Woodroof (Kathy Trent); and her grandsons, Jeff Scott, Warren Scott, Hutch Cavin, Ross Cavin and Johnny Worrall. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, and fifteen great grandchildren.
