He is survived by: his siblings, David Apodaca of Albuquerque, Antonio Apodaca of Las Cruces, Francisca Apodaca of Roswell, Margarita Apodaca of Roswell and Consuelo Ceballos of Roswell. He is also survived by twelve nephews and nieces, numerous great nephews, and nieces and one great-great nephew.
