He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd L. Chipps and Jessie N. Chipps; and his siblings, David Wayne Chipps, Gerald Chipps, Atha Post and Tina Brisco.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael J. Chipps and Rocky A. Chipps of Roswell, NM; his siblings, Floyd Mike Chipps of Roswell, NM, Mary Hedgecock of Roswell, NM, Patsy Mello of Mt. Angel Oregon and Debbie Cooper of Roswell, NM.; and his friends, Trina Crowson of Roswell, NM and Robert Hall of Roswell, NM. He is also survived by his family and friends.
