He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Lavern and Johnnie Pauline Kopp; his wife Gail Kopp; his children, Allison Gallen (Jon) of Anchorage, AK, Colin Kopp of Baton Rouge, LA, Cindy Tamayo (Landy) of Houston, TX and Anjy Cooper (Britt) of Roswell; his grandchildren, Lucas Gallen, Sean Gallen, Ryan Gallen, Desiree Cooper (Adam Fajardo) and Sterling Cooper; and his pets, Pepe and Sugar.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the LaGrone Funeral Chapel (900 S Main St, Roswell, NM 88203). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the South Park Cemetery (3101 S Main St, Roswell, NM 88203).
