She was predeceased by: her parents, Murrell C. Rogers and Bessie F. Rogers; her husband Mokey Webb; her sister Shirley Johnston; and her grandchild Ashley Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Young (Steve), Edward M. Webb, Jr. (Sue) and David R. Webb (Valerie); and her grandchildren, Thomas Martin (Jennifer), Amanda Webb Rowe (David), Edward M. Webb, III (Jade), Ryan Webb (Rachel) and Chelsea Vick (Matthew). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
