He was predeceased by: his parent Claude (Nellie Gross); his brothers, Beurah Alfred Gross and Gerald D. Gross Sr. (Jerry); and his stepdaughter Jackie Janette Jones Schaefer. He is survived by: his friend Berneice Jones; his daughter Dorothy (Marvin); his wife Berneice; his daughters, Diane Coston of Roswell, NM and Donna Priest of Albuquerque, NM; his grandchildren, Dena Coston, Chad Martin (Renee Craig), Eric Martin (Katie), Cheri Coston Casanova (AJ), Valerie Alaniz Elmore (Joey), Nichole Coston Hall (Taylor), Kyle Martin (Michelle), Dennis Alaniz (Rose) and Levi Martin (Anna); his brother Jim Gross (Phyllis) of Mount Olive; his family Joyce Jeaniece Jones Zynda (Rick) of Madison, WI; his friend Bettye Lou Wooten of Roswell, NM.; and also, Beth Bortz, Laura Kostrub (Andy) and Dough Schaefer. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter, and 1 great granddaughter, numerous nieces and nephews.
