He was predeceased by: his brother Ramiro Noriega. He is survived by: his mother Maria Eulalia Mendoza; his wife Blanca A. Noriega; his father Manuel Noriega Esparza; his children, Blanca, Manuel, Guillermo, Alejandro and Samuel; his sisters, Lupe Barrera (Ignacio), Carmen Loya (Hugo), Maricela Raney (Mark) and Blanca Eodai Noriega; and his grandchildren, Xander Wheeler and Josue Villanueva. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.
