She was predeceased by: her father Raymond; her husband Horace Reese Sr.; her son Horace Reese Jr.; her mother-in-law Rosie Reese; and her sister Naomie Vercher.
She is survived by: her sister Doris Cooper of Abilene, Texas; her children, Angela Reese Stewart (Jerry Stewart), Merlesha Reese and Rodney Reese (Vanessa Baeza); her grandchildren, Jabari Reese Faust, Clarinda Pazos (Jacob Pazos) of Louisiana, Janae Faust of Albuquerque, Vaneah Faust (Alexys Montes), Angel Nova Reese and Jaylean Reese; her great grandchildren, Bella Rose Lopez and Le'Anna Iris Segura; her grandchildren, Deaveen, Destiny, Daijah Reese and Nathanial Quintero; and her son-in-law Jerry Stewart.
