He was predeceased by: his son Tommy Joe Yruegas; his parents, Tommacita Hernandez and Nestor Yruegas; his siblings, Jesus Yruegas, Augustina Lopez, Phillip and Antonio Yruegas; his grandson Joseph Arturo Al-Hajeri; his son-in-law Robert Sanchez; and his brother-in-law Teodoro Echavarria.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Reyes (Jorge), Lene Andrews (Matthew), Libby Ream (Bryan), Jessica Sanchez and Jackie Ettles (Andy); and his grandchildren, Ashley Reyes Al, Julia Marie Reyes, Daniel Reyes, Chanet Lee Andrews, Joseph Lee Andrews, Cameron Jacob Lassister, KJ Johnson (Paige), Lulu Maria Andrews (Christian), Sofia Morgan Ream, Sasha Francis Ream, Lainey Sanchez, Santana Guiterrez (Sidney Randel) and Daylin Ettles. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
