He is survived by: his child Alayah; his significant other Maria Olga Holguin of Roswell; and his siblings, Miguel Garcia (Maria Luz), Maria Hilda Ramos of California, Julia Ramos of Durango Mexico and Delia Marin (Jaime) of Roswell. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
