He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel King and Charles King; his sister Charlene King Spriggs; and his grandson Taylor King Marley. He is survived by: his wife Betty Taylor King; his daughters, Karolyn King Gillespie and Kathryn King Marley; his son-in-law Mark Marley; his brother Donald King; his grandchildren, Kate Marley Jones (Will Jones), Molly McKinney Marley and Ian Nelson (Audrey Gillespie); and his great grandchildren, Margot Marley, Charlotte Marley and John Taylor "JT" Jones.
