He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry A. Melton and Laura E. Willburn (Ethel); his brother Len Melton; and his son Michael A. Licking. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Erica and James (Carrie); and his siblings, Mary Lou Zugg, Perry Melton and Dee Melton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, 5 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
