It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Alicia Russell of Roswell, New Mexico, who passed away on October 18, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Janet Alicia leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her children, Jennifer Elaine Lewis and William Mathew Lewis; her parents, Harold Tom Madsen and Lula B Madsen; her grandparents, Suphus, Bessie Madsen and Grandpa Cooper (Grandma Cooper); and her siblings, Harold Glen Madsen, Ronald Dale Madsen and Judy Elaine Madsen.
She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Joy Lewis; and her grandsons, Jacob Ian Lewis and Caleb Matthew Lewis. She is also survived by numerous family and friends and fur babies.
