He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Courtney" Patton; his grandchildren, Ashton Patton, Khiera Patton, Timothy Patton, Sharai Patton, Brandon, Rachel Lasiter, Tiffany, Joshua Walker, Coleton, Lexi Bolin, Calista Bolin, Teejay Ansted and Mashalya Mitchell; his sisters, Anita (Jim Mchamey) and Chris Driscoll; his former wife Tommie Sue Harwell (Ray Bruner); and his friend Stephen.
