He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Diamond Williams and Annie Brooks; his parents, Red and Jo; his parents-in-law, Leo Spear Sr. and Margie Brumley; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Spear and Carol Spear.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Williams; his children, Christie Campbell (Justin) and Jimmie Williams (Melissa); his grandchildren, Cooper, Caitlin Campbell, Jace and Jackson Williams; his brother Edward Lee Williams, Jr. (Andrea); his nephew Edward Lee Williams, III (Page); his niece Michelle Morales (David); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kayla Banda (Anthony), Ryan Williams (Lexi), Hannah Chandler, Jared Stone, Matthew Chandler and Madison Stone; his mother-in-law Pat Spear; and his siblings-in-law, Leo Spear Jr., Randy Spear, Judaun Spear, Cheryl Johnson (Brad), Betty Spear and Betty Dyess-Bradley (Frank). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
