He is survived by: his significant other Janice Miller of Dexter, NM; his sons, Phillip Miller (Brooke) of Plano, TX, Mark Miller of Roswell, NM and Blake Miller of Ogallala, NE; his brothers, Billy H. Miller (Mara) of Houston, TX and H. Paul Miller of Magnolia, TX; and his sons, Luke Grant, Mort Bates and Mike Hardwick.
