She is survived by: her siblings, Stanley Whitehead, Hazel Wagner Whitehead, Lavida (Traxler) and Marthella; her husband Doyle Morris; her sister Lilla (Brashears); and her children, Gayla and Stanley.

Geneva was an example of the believer in "word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity".

“I met Doyle and Geneva Morris back in 1998 when I was a renter in their house over on Garden Street. I used to go over there and bring my rent check and say hi. One day Doyle asked me about Jesus and if I wanted to give my life to Christ, I told him yes and we prayed in their kitchen holding hands as I gave my life to Jesus on that day! I thank God for putting Doyle and Geneva in my path and will always remember their servants heart! Mark 10:45 - "For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.””
