Frances Carter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Carter of Roswell, New Mexico, born in Willard, New Mexico, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Demecia Serna and Solomen Serna; and her spouse J. B. Carter. She was also cherished by her brother, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and numerous family and friends.
Due to Covid, a small graveside service was held Wednesday, January 26, 2022.
