He was predeceased by: his former spouse Nabeela Hassen David; his parents, Leuin Lenor David and Hattie Garland David; and his brother Leuin Lenor David (Junior). He is survived by: his wife Jamie Leslie Evans David of Roswell; his sibling Shirley David Smith of Goliad, Texas.; his children, Camille David Hussey (Mathias Hussey) of Frisco, Edward Nabeel David (Ruth B. David) of Lubbock, Gregory Evans of Frisco, Michael Evans (Jo Evans) of Greenville and Brian Evans of Portland, Oregan.; and his grandchildren, Peyton David, Rachel Evans Dahir, Aaron Evans, Andrew Evans (Hailey Evans), Kirsten Evans, Lauryn Evans, Colin Evans and Carsten Evans.
