He is survived by: his former wife Betty Lorine Bates; his wife Lori Janssen; his brother Mort; his sister-in-law Debbie Bates; his siblings, Art Janssen and Marcy James; and his close friends, Dale, Sue Rather, Don, Nancy Hubbard, Garland, Joan Cox and Hud Rhea.
