He was predeceased by: his parents, John Doyle Hite and Bobbie Louise Willis; his grandparents, Thomas Hite, Bessie Hite, Dub Lair and Ruby Lair; his siblings, Cindi Taylor and Thomas L. Hite; and his aunt Polly Porter.
He is survived by: his wife Kaye Nations Hite; his children, Johnny Hite (Stacey McGuigan) and Jackie Hite (Donald Gonzales); his grandchildren, Jaidan Hite, Kayla Hite and Madison Hite; his sister Sara Hite; his extended family, Jerry, Hayley Nations, Tommy, Krystal Nations, Misti, Derek Brown, Rassie and Amber Martin; his little Yorkie; and his pet Gizmo.
