He was predeceased by: his parents, James Francis McGuire and Julia Prisilla Barto McGuire; his daughter Patricia Diane Howse; his sons-in-law, Gary Wayne Howse and Lawrence Joseph O'Meara; and his grandchildren, Christopher Wayne Howse, Trace Deck and Jessica Lynn McGuire.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Lee Martin McGuire; his brother Eugene Bruce McGuire of San Diego, CA; his cousin Janette Billingsly of Victorville, CA; his siblings-in-law, Laura Porter of Enid, OK and Earl Martin (Gerald Martin) of Enid, OK; his children, Randall McGuire (Melanie) of Lampasas, TX, Timothy McGuire (Carol) of Dayton, WY, Debbie Belyeu Haney of Roswell, NM, Kathleen McGuire Deck (Jeff) of Roswell, NM and Susan McGuire O'Meara of Roswell, NM.; his grandchildren, Carrissa O'Meara, Dallas Munoz (Nick), Kayla Belyeu, Patti Joy (Richard), Randy Jobe, Aaron McGuire (Jackie), Sara O'Meara, Shane Deck, Truman Haney (Adi) and Daryne Deck; his great grandchildren, Alijah, Jayden O'Donnell, Cayden, Coby, Tinley Joy, Bella, Byntli Jobe, Jaxon Harris, Maci Deck, Emma Hambelton, Elliott Munoz and Silas Haney; his friend Phil Markin; and his caregivers, Melissa, Roberta, Brenda, Mandy, Lee, Chaplin Chris, Martha and Nina.
