He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin "Ping" Ware and Patricia Ware; his sister Diane; and also Wesley. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Elaine Mitchell; his sons, David (Shari) and Michael; his adoptive daughter Amanda; his granddaughters, Brianna, Barbara, Katy and Lexi; his great grandchildren, Jasper and Octavia; his siblings, Bert, Scott and Barbara Jean; his caregiver Roswell; and also, Chase Mitchell, Joseph Mitchell and Robert Tyndall. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
