He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Smith and Mary Williams; and his brother Michael L. Smith. He is survived by: his close friend Diane Maples of Roswell, NM; and his siblings, Frank L. Smith III (Evelyn) of Rio Rancho, NM and Mary Sue Erramouspe of Santa Teresa, NM.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
