He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio Acosta and Esther Acosta; his brothers, Emilio Jr. and Felipe Acosta; his brother-in-law Danny Eakerl; and his children, Leroy Acosta and Amanda Acosta.
He is survived by: his siblings, Victorina Garcia, Sylvia Eaker, Alonzo Acosta, Yolanda Fuentes, Norma Archuleta, Velma Acosta, Rudy Acosta and Lorene Montoya; his children, Arturo Morales, Jr. (Maria Guara), Mia, Briana, David, Danielle and Stephanie Acosta (Gabriel Sepulveda); his grandson Mathew; his great grandchild Amber; his friends, Teddy Joe Perez and Randal Ponce; and also, Azmiraya, Zackariah, Alexis, Analicia, Anisa, Reanna, Alizae, Emilio, Amanda, Xavien, Azariah, Lazaiah, Devinie, Sariah and Debbie Jaramillo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
