She is survived by: her father Samuel J. Sifuentes (Crystal); her daughter Alyssa Conde; her brother Samuel Sifuentes Jr. (Brittany); her grandparents, Ramona Velasquez, Juan Sifuentes and Mary Rodriguez; her nephews, Joseph, Josiah Pacheco, Samuel Sifuentes III and Lucas Sifuentes; her aunt Eva Velasquez (Anthony Perez); and her uncles, Vicente II (Julie), Rudy, Fred Velasquez, Orlando Cobos, Jessie, Albert, Oscar Sifuentes, David Rivera, Andrew and Eddie Jaramillo. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
