She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet Adair and Clements Adair; her husband Verdos Ervin Mullins; her daughter Kim Loree Chadborn; her siblings, Edgar, Kenneth, Goldie, Virginia, Mavis, Guy and Majorie; her granddaughters, Mary and Amanda; and her son Charlie Mullins.
She is survived by: her sister Shirley; and her children, Ronald Mullins (Sheri) and Dorothy Callahan (John). She is also survived by several Grandchildren, Great-great Grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
