As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Sebastian may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Ramirez and Lucy Ramirez; and his brother Johnny Ramirez. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Franco (Nicole Franco) and Sean Ramirez (Raquel Garcia); his granddaughters, Mariah Garcia-Ramirez and Eliza Ramirez; and his siblings, Rose Mary Duarte, Antonio Ramirez and Yolanda Sandate. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
