She was predeceased by: her father Robert Bitsie; and her grandfathers, Walter Bitsie and Arnold Kindelay. She is survived by: her daughter Rachel Tapia; her mother Terri Kindelay; her stepfather James Rogers; and her siblings, James Spencer, Charmaine Spencer, Germaine Spencer and Kody Bitsie.

Due to the COVID restrictions set in place by the Governor masks are MANDATORY to attend Raquel's Life Celebration.
