With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Blow-Gail in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, born in Biddle, Montana, who passed away on June 17, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn Blow; her grandson Johathan Heater; her children, Diane Heater and Rodney Blow; and her parents, James Johnson and Jetta Johnson.

She is survived by: her sons, Robert Blow (Barbara Blow) of Aztec, NM and David Blow (Vinnice Blow) of San Diego, CA; her children-in-law, Roger Heater of Rio Rancho, NM and Shirley Mae Blow of Etowah, TN; her siblings, Mary Kellen of Minnetonka, MN, James Johnson of Minneapolis, MN and John Johnson of Miles City, MT; her grandchildren, Jay Blow, Keith Blow, Jeremy Blow, Brian Blow, Tiffany Todd and Josh Heater; and her great grandchildren, Elias Blow and Cillian Blow.
